Terms of service

Orders generally take 3-7 business days to fulfill & 3-5 days to ship. For this reason please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order in the United States & 2-4 weeks Internationally. Please keep in mind that this may vary seasonally with weather & holidays. Thank you for your patience and support. 


We care about our quality, reputation and value. However, on rare occasions, a defective product may be shipped to you or be damaged while in transit. If you have received a damaged/defective product, we will happily provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. You will need to save the merchandise & box and take 2-3 photos and contact us if this happens. Please send your photos & order number to witheredmeadow@gmail.com within one week of delivery in order to receive your replacement products. 

Please note we do not replace items with incorrect shipping addresses or lost items showing “delivered” in shipping status/tracking update. However, we will do our best to work with you should this problem arise. 

All Sales are Final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges except for in cases of defective/damaged products.

Only items purchased from www.witheredmeadowapothecary.com will be accepted for replacements. We do not accept merchandise purchased from retail stores. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural causes, transfers to local carriers in your country or air & ground transportation, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. 

Wholesale orders will take 1-8 weeks to be fulfilled and delivered. Time of arrival depends on the time of the year. We are a small business and make everything fresh to order. If there is a problem with a bulk order: damage, defect, not suiting needs, there will be a 20% restocking fee as everything is handmade, poured and labeled and takes many hours to create. Wholesale orders take 30 days to review for a potential refund and it is left up to our discretion whether or not we will be able to give refunds in each particular circumstance. Bulk items returned will not be able to be resold as we have no way of knowing if they were opened and are considered tampered with.
